Bareed provides Arabic-first email communication services. We are committed to delivering secure, reliable, and innovative email solutions designed specifically for the Arabic-speaking world. Our services include email hosting, sending, receiving, and related communication tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person, one account. No exceptions.
4. Acceptable Use
Use Bareed for lawful purposes only. Do not send spam, malware, or harmful content. Respect other users and their privacy. Do not attempt to bypass security measures. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters. We collect only what we need. We encrypt your data end-to-end. We never sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.
6. Intellectual Property
Bareed, our logo, and all related marks are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission. Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership over your emails or data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bareed is provided 'as is'. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days. After that, data is permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as Bareed evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing terms periodically.
