Bareed believes in transparent, fair pricing. This policy covers payments, refunds, and investment terms. Currently, we are in the funding phase—here is how investment works.

1. Pricing Model

Freemium base: essential features at no cost. Pro plans: advanced features, priority support. Enterprise: custom solutions, dedicated infrastructure. All prices displayed in USD and local currencies.

2. Billing Cycle

Monthly or annual billing available. Annual plans receive discount. Billing occurs on subscription start date. Failed payments retried for 7 days.

3. Payment Methods

Credit/debit cards via secure gateway. Bank transfers for enterprise clients. Regional payment methods where available. All transactions encrypted and secure.

4. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee on first subscription. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans. No refunds after 30 days except service failures. Refunds processed within 10 business days.

5. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes. VAT/GST applied based on location. Tax invoices provided automatically. Enterprise clients may provide tax exemption certificates.

6. Investment & Funding

Bareed is currently raising seed funding. Investment inquiries: bareed@taher.ai. We offer equity participation for qualified investors. All investments subject to legal agreements.

7. Investor Terms

Minimum investment thresholds apply. Due diligence materials available upon NDA. Quarterly investor updates provided. Exit terms defined in investment agreement.

8. Payment Security

PCI DSS compliant processing. No card data stored on our servers. 3D Secure authentication supported. Fraud monitoring and prevention active.

9. Disputes

Billing disputes: contact support within 30 days. Chargebacks may result in account suspension. We work to resolve disputes fairly. Mediation available for unresolved issues.
